Honoring God and each other with uncompromising integrity is the foundation of who we are. Character, conviction and discipline must be guarded and protected at all costs. It’s the basis of our moral authority.

We are passionate about how we respond to and influence the evolving mindset and trends of next generation ministry, while creatively and strategically bringing an ageless message to a changing culture.

AUDACIOUS FAITH
Nothing can move forward or become reality without audacious faith. We believe that in order for the next generation of ministry leaders to shape and advance the church forward, it must take raw and gut-risking faith in God.

STEWARDSHIP
We love what Andy Stanley says, “Leadership is Stewardship, it’s temporary, and you’re accountable!” The most valuable resources God will give to any thriving organization is #1-People and #2-Finances. What God gives us is temporary and without leveraging stewardship and accountability to faithfully manage resources, it can be taken away.

INNOVATIVE MINISTRY
We thrive to be excellent and creative in all we do. Innovation, creativity and out of the box ministry that pushes the envelope, disturbs the status-quo and irritates traditional and religious ministry is what we take joy in doing. Why? Because Jesus did it, the Apostle Paul did it, Martin Luther and John Wesley did it, and it’s worked out so far! We love innovative churches and leaders because of the courage it takes to challenge the “What Is” to the “What Can Be and Should Be.”
