David Lawrence is the Publisher/Editor of ImpelMinistry.com. David started ministering publicly in his teens and has traveled to over 15 nations throughout Europe, Asia and South America. He loves convening, collaborating and networking with other young leaders. His hero is Jack Bauer and his personal mission is to get every person he meets hooked on the hit TV show 24. Even though David is the driving force behind ImpelMinistry.com he can tend to be a little “ADD.” David likes his Starbucks coffee like everybody else, but doesn’t really need it because of his natural energy and random outbursts into song.

Before launching ImpelMinistry.com, he served at faith-based organizations doing marketing, event partnerships and public relations with some of the leading Christian publishers – the Strang Communications – Book Group Division and the popular and culturally savvy, RELEVANT Magazine. He is also a contributing writer for the Austin Faith & Family magazine. He is a graduate from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Tanya Glass is an Editor and Marketing, Research & Data Analyst for ImpelMinistry.com. Tanya has a humorous side that’s witty and random. She enjoys learning and talking about politics, and anything associated with the TV show, the West Wing. She loves her “morning coffee”, so we don’t get her at “full potential” until she’s had at least 1 cup. We keep her stocked with Starbucks, and a coffee pot closeby. She has a knack for research and retains random bits of information and then shares them at random times. It’s these characteristics that often get her compared to Sandra Bullock in “Two Weeks Notice,” or “Miss Congeniality.” Tanya’s smile, laughter and wit are often compared to Julia Roberts’.

On a serious note, Tanya served in Christian publishing for Strang Communications- Magazine Group using her advertising, circulation and administration skills.  Most recently, she assumed the staff role as the executive assistant to the senior pastor, Sam Hinn at The Gathering Place, Sanford, FL. She has served in various ministry roles, in missions, event and volunteer coordination, resource center management, youth and young adult discipleship, leadership development, and administration. She has a passion to serve with excellence and warm hospitality. Her ability to organize, and move projects forward makes her valuable to any organization both in ministry and business.
